"Data Controller" refers to a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

"Contract Partners" are partners with whom Chargehome has entered into a written agreement regarding the use of our Controllers and Web Application for further distribution. If Contract Partners store personal data on our server and share this data with us, Chargehome will process this data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
